1. Reservations & Payments<\/h4>\n

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary depending on the length of stay and booking channel. Full payment details will be provided at the time of reservation.<\/p>\n

2. Check-in & Check-out<\/h4>\n

Check-in: From 4:00 PM<\/p>\n

Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon)<\/p>\n

Guests may store luggage before check-in and after check-out at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Additionally, guests are welcome to use common areas before check-in and after check-out, free of charge, as long as they comply with house rules.<\/p>\n

3. Use of the Property<\/h4>\n

Casa by Frida Kahlo is intended exclusively for residential lodging purposes.
Guests agree to use the apartments and common areas respectfully and in accordance with building rules.<\/p>\n

Parties, excessive noise, or any behavior that disrupts other guests or residents are strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

4. Maximum Occupancy & Guests<\/h4>\n

Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be respected at all times.<\/p>\n

Additional guests are not permitted without prior authorization.<\/p>\n

Additional fees may apply if approved.<\/p>\n

Unauthorized guests may result in penalties or cancellation of the stay without refund.<\/p>\n

5. Subleasing & Third-Party Use<\/h4>\n

Subleasing, reselling, or transferring the reservation\u2014in whole or in part\u2014is strictly prohibited.
The apartment may only be occupied by the registered guest(s).<\/p>\n

6. Rooftop & Common Areas<\/h4>\n

The rooftop garden and common areas are available for guest use during designated hours.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Casa by Frida Kahlo is not liable for lost or unattended items.<\/p>\n

7. Coffee Shop & Common Experiences<\/h4>\n

La Ventanita by Blue Milk operates independently and follows its own service hours and policies.
Food and beverages may be enjoyed in designated areas, including the rooftop garden.<\/p>\n

8. Drugs & Prohibited Substances<\/h4>\n

The consumption, possession, or use of drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including apartments and common areas.<\/p>\n

This includes marijuana and any other substances of any kind, regardless of local regulations.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.<\/p>\n

9. Smoking Policy<\/h4>\n

Casa by Frida Kahlo is a non-smoking property.
Smoking is not permitted inside apartments or enclosed common areas. A cleaning or remediation fee may apply if this policy is violated.<\/p>\n

10. Pets<\/h4>\n

Pet policies vary by unit and length of stay.
All pet requests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay.<\/p>\n

11. Damage & Liability<\/h4>\n

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, or common areas during their stay.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged after check-out.<\/p>\n

12. Safety & Personal Belongings<\/h4>\n

While reasonable security measures are in place, Casa by Frida Kahlo is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the stay.<\/p>\n

13. Filming, Photography & Commercial Use<\/h4>\n

Professional photography, filming, commercial productions, exhibitions, pop-ups, bazaars, or events are not permitted without prior written approval.<\/p>\n

All requests must be coordinated in advance via:

14. Group Reservations<\/h4>\n

Group bookings or multiple-unit reservations must be arranged in advance and may be subject to special terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

15. Modifications & Cancellations<\/h4>\n

Changes or cancellations are subject to the policy agreed upon at the time of booking.
Casa by Frida Kahlo reserves the right to cancel a reservation if these Terms & Conditions are violated.<\/p>\n

16. Force Majeure<\/h4>\n

Casa by Frida Kahlo shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n

17. Governing Law<\/h4>\n

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City.<\/p>\n

18. Acceptance of Terms<\/h4>\n
